William Patrick Gilmore

William Patrick Gilmore age 50, of Kings Mountain, Kentucky passed from this life on January 1, 2024 at his home.

William was born on May 5, 1973 to the late William Gilmore and Anna Grace Morrow Gilmore in Somerset, Kentucky.

He enjoyed watching UK Basketball, working on hydraulics and working as a maintenance man. He loved spending time with his family and making others laugh. He will be sadly missed by all that knew and loved him.

William was preceded in death by his parents, William and Anna Gilmore. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his sisters, Theresa Laxton (Anthony) of Pine Knot, Ky and Lisa Allen of Monticello, Ky; along with special friend Lori Stamper.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 11-1 in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 1pm. Burial will follow in New Salem Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the William Patrick Gilmore Memorial Fund.
