William J. Browell

William J. Browell, age 77, of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life Thursday, February 3, 2022 at his home.

William was born June 10, 1944 to William F. Browell and Dorothy Browell in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

He was of the Baptist faith, enjoyed building cars, hunting, fishing and camping. He was a talented “Mr. Fix It” and loved spending time outdoors.

William was preceded in death by his parents, William and Dorothy Browell, daughter, Kassie Nicholas and sister, Mary Browell. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 20 years, Shelia Browell; sons, Tyler Browell, Anthony Nicholas and Steven Nicholas all of Somerset; daughter, Kristy Nicholas of Somerset; sister, Judy Roberts of PA; 4 grandchildren and 3 best friends, Corey Cothern, Red Sheldon, Stan Croff.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 2 P.M. with Bro. David Bullock officiating. Burial will follow in Southern Oaks Cemetery. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for William J. Browell.
