Vola “Toby” Ray Hinkle age 73, of Burnside, Kentucky passed from this life Friday, December 22, 2023 at his home.

Toby was born on May 31, 1950 to the late Tobe Hinkle and Gladys Shadoan Hinkle in Somerset, Kentucky.

He was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Toby was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Hinkle and his parents, Tobe and Gladys Hinkle.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his son, James Ray Hinkle (Angel) of Bronston, Ky; daughter, Teana Cambron (Joey) of Lebanon, Ky; sisters, Lillian Corky Randall (Jerry) of Bronston, Ky; Vivian Wallin (Curtis) Wallin of TN; grandchildren, Cydney Denney (Dustin), Logan Bridgman (Tyler), Jordan Hinkle (Trent Kidd), Raylee Jo Cambron; great-grandchildren, Cash Denney, Memphis Denney and Parker Bridgman.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 from 6-8pm in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 1pm at the funeral home with Bro. Evan Goldson officiating. Burial will follow in Burnside Cemetery. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Vola “Toby” Ray Hinkle.
