Tammy J. Thomas, age 51, of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life on Monday, July 25, 2022 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

Tammy was born on August 10, 1970 to Elbert Gregory and Doris Gregory in Lafayette, Indiana.

She was a member of Tateville Baptist Church and she enjoyed shopping, especially purse shopping, family time and family gatherings.

Tammy was preceded in death by her parents, Elbert and Doris Gregory, sister, Shelia Taylor and brother-in-law, Steve Ping.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband, Lewis Thomas; sisters, Connie (James) Hunt and Susie Ping; nephews, Lucas (Jordan) Ping; Wade (Pam) Haynes; nieces, Rebecca Roberts, Nicole Taylor (Tim Henderson); Tiffany (Josh) Dick; brother-in-laws, Arnold Thomas, Roy (Teresa) Thomas, Lawrence (Judy) Thomas; sister-in-laws, Sharon Ellis and Mary (Larry) Dembsey; along with several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and like family, Carter Goodall all of Somerset, Ky.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 6 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 11 A.M. at the funeral home with Bro. Troy Merrick officiating. Burial will follow in Southern Oaks Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Arnold Thomas, Roy Thomas, Lawrence Thomas, Ricky Thomas, Wade Haynes and Tim Henderson. Honorary Pallbearers will be, Lucas Ping, James Hunt, Orion Thomas, Madox Thomas and Aaron Ellis.

Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Tammy J. Thomas
