Tabatha Laverne Kennedy-Meadows age 37, of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life Thursday, October 1, 2020 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
Tabatha was born January 27, 1983 to Tracy Meadows Sr. and Darlene Baker Meadows in Lexington, Kentucky.
She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed fishing, hunting, spending time with family especially her girls. Tabatha strived to make others happy.
Tabatha was preceded in death by her father, Tracy Meadows Sr. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother, Darlene Meadows, grandmother, Linda Baker, husband, Jerry Berger of Somerset, daughters, Tracey Kennedy of Louisville, Megan Kennedy of Louisville, Annalyese Berger of Russell Springs, Savannah Mercer of Burnside, brother, Tracy Meadows Jr. (Ariel Faith) of Shopville, sisters, Bonnie Mercer (James) of Burnside, Fleasha Meadows (Randy Burton) of Greensburg, KY, Gwen Perch, uncle, Gary Meadows, nephews, Jonathan Meadows, Hunter Mercer, Randy Burton, Matthew Meadows, Skyler Burton, Liam Perch, nieces, Emily Epperson, Kyra Perch, Casey Perch and best friend, Tim Dillaha.
A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
