Sue Bogle-Stringer

Sue Bogle-Stringer, age 86, of Somerset, KY passed away from this life on March 7, 2024.

Sue was born April 17, 1937, in Somerset, KY to the late Lewis and Hazel Tarter Bogle.

She loved being around her friends and family.

She was preceded in death not only by her parents but also her husband Vern Bryce Stringer; brothers Jerry Bogle, Frank Bogle; daughters Pamela Baker, Verna “Joni” Stringer, and Cynthia Stone; step-son Terry Stringer and a grandchild Adam Stone.

She leaves behind to treasure her memory her brothers Donnie Bogle (Donna) and Buddy Bogle (Sue); sisters Janice Leigh and Barb Richardson (Bill); numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Sue was of the Baptist Faith and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family would like to express their appreciation and special thanks to the Cumberland Nursing and Rehabilitation Home.

Visitation service will be Monday, March 11, 2024, at 5pm in the Chapel at Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a Graveside service on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 11am Oak Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations made to the charity of your choice, per Sue’s wishes.
