Steven Lynn Wright, age 59, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Friday, December 9, 2022 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

Steven was born on December 26, 1962 to Linza Wright and Mary Pike Wright in Neon, Kentucky.

He was of the Baptist faith and he enjoyed fishing, hunting, the outdoors, wood working and was a diesel mechanic.

Steven leaves behind to cherish his memory, his parents, Linza and Mary Wright, his wife, Amy Bland Wright, sons, Clay Wright of Salt Lake City, UT; Ryan Wright of Lexington, Ky; daughter, Lindsey Tara (Ron) King of Lexington, Ky; stepson, Allan (Dorothy) Coleman of Indianapolis, IN; sister, Dana A. Wright (Dale) Gifford of Somerset, Ky; brothers, Lloyd T. (Melissa) Wright of Somerset, Ky; Glenn C. Wright of Louisville, Ky; grandchildren, Darrin Wright, Brentley Wright, Emma Wright, Izyk Wright and Laurel King; along with a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2022 from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 2 P.M. with Bro. Steve Harney officiating. Burial will follow in Southern Oaks Cemetery.

Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Steven Lynn Wright.
