Sarah Boggs. Age 87, of Monticello, Kentucky, passed from this life on Tuesday, June 20, 2023.

Sarah was born on September 25, 1935 to the late Ray Yeary and Helen Quisenberry Yeary in Harlan County, Kentucky.

She was a member of Flat Rock Missionary Baptist Church of Whitley City, Kentucky. She retired as the Instructional Supervisor with McCreary County Board of Education.

Sarah was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Boggs and her parents, Ray and Helen Yeary.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughter, Sue Wynn (Lloyd) and Donna Pullen (Greg), grandchildren, Scott McDonald (Jessica), Dr. Kimberly McDonald, Mark McDonald, Gregory Pullen II (Samantha), Deborah Pullen, and great grandchildren, Natalie McDonald, Julian McDonald and Dylan McDonald.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 11 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 12:30 P.M. at the funeral home with Bro. Danny Staley officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
