Ralph J. (Tootie) Bell

Ralph J. (Tootie) Bell, age 76, of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life Friday, October 7, 2022 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

Ralph was born on February 14, 1946 to Ralph Bell and Dorothy Cruise Bell in Greensburg, Kentucky.

He was of the Baptist faith and he enjoyed fishing, hunting, dune buggy riding, and computer games. He liked to cut grass and playing bingo and going to the casino. He loved listening to country music, especially Conway Twitty. Most of all he cherished his family.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Dorothy Bell, brothers, Steve and Kenny Bell, sister, Linda Cave.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 60 years, Marie Miller Bell; daughter, Judy Al-Khabi of Jefferson County; Donna Rivera (Leon Powell) of Jefferson County and Barbara Bell (Dave Crunutte) of Jamestown; Dennis Bell and Jerry Bell; sisters, Wanda Whitaker, Shirley Jolly, JoAnn Bell, Diane Bell, Jeanette Rivera and Debbie Thompson; along with 8 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Ralph J. (Tootie) Bell.
