Pamela Ann Tarter, age 36, of Monticello, Kentucky passed from this life on Friday, March 1, 2024 at UK Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.

Pam was born on April 21, 1987 to Rickey Keeney and Angela Tarter in Somerset, Kentucky.

She was a member of Cooper Baptist Church. She liked to fish, 4 wheel and cherished her faith in God. She was passionate about making others laugh. She loved her friends and family, but most of all adored her two boys. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.

Pam leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother, Angela Tarter (and Dad: Danny Foster) of Monticello, Ky; father, Rickey Keeney (Tina) of Shopville, Ky; her two sons, Brantley Cole Hall and James Brycen Foster both of Monticello, Ky; brothers, Anthony Tarter (Krystal) of Somerset, Ky; Joseph “Joe” Keeney (Kimber) of Somerset, Ky; sisters, Aissia Hughes (Tyler) of Monticello, Ky; Sasha Collin (Aaron) of Somerset, Ky; along with several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 4, 2024 from 5-8pm in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 1pm at the funeral home with Bro. Kendall Parnell officiating. Burial will follow in Elk Springs Cemetery in Monticello, Kentucky.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pamela Ann Tarter Memorial Fund C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
