Naomi Lyall Ratliff

Naomi Lyall Ratliff, age 65 of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life on Friday, November 17, 2023 at her home, with her daughters, grandchildren and great-grandbaby Char-Char.
Naomi was born on January 30, 1958 to the late Otis Addington and Dora Belle Mullins Addington in Jenkins, Kentucky.
She was a God fearing woman who loved the Lord and was a member of Denham Street Baptist Church. She enjoyed going to church, being outside, drinking coffee every morning and the loved the Christmas holiday. She cherished her grandbabies and family, they were her life. She loved her fur baby “Babygirl”.
Naomi was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Dora Addington, brothers, Clarence, Carl and Johnny Addington, sisters, Betty Baker, Lillie Ratliff and Faye Mullins.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters, Pascha Brown and Mistie England (Kenneth Meredith) of Somerset, Ky; grandchildren, Hannah Brown, Conner Brown, Jacquelyn England and great-grandchild, Charlotte Grace McGraw.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023 from 5 to 8pm in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 10am at the funeral home with Bro. Jeff Griffith officiating. Family and friends will meet at Bakers Funeral Home in Pound, Virginia at 2pm on Tuesday, November 21st, with burial to directly follow in Addington Cemetery with Bro. Danny Quillen officiating.
