Mrs. Romaine Streeval

Mrs. Romaine Streeval age 60, of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at UK Medical Center in Lexington.

Romaine was born August 17, 1960 in Kaui, Hawaii to the late Wallace Reed Nelson and Betty Lindig Nelson.

She was a veteran of the United States Army as a Nurse, her children were her life, she cherished and loved spending time with them. Romaine enjoyed helping others, for she had a huge heart.

Romaine was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Betty Nelson. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Jerry Streeval, sons, Samuel Streeval of Somerset, Justice Streeval of Somerset, Jerry Streeval Jr. (Edith) of Columbia, Jesse Stockton of Ft. Wayne, IN, Randy Streeval (Sonya) of Cave City, Joshua Streeval (Krysten) of Columbia, daughters, Crystal Foley (Scott) of Somerset, Rachel Collins (Jason) of Columbia, brother, Reed Nelson (Tammy) of Colorado, several grandchildren and special friends, Kenny and Lisa Stanton of Lawrenceburg. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.

Family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Monday, March 8, 2021 in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home to celebrate Romaine’s life.
