Michael Lee Adkins, age 69 of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

He was born on April 11, 1954 in Kellerville, Texas, son of the late Ransley and Betty Weller Adkins. Michael was of the Baptist faith and he loved to hunt and fish. He was also a Veteran who proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Michael will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Mark Adkins.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Gayle Adkins of Somerset; daughter, Amanda Adkins of Georgetown, Kentucky; 3 stepdaughters, Valerie Gearheart of Fox, Arkansas, Cacia Woody of Calico Rock, Arkansas and Chelsey Patterson of Clinton, Arkansas; 2 brothers, Darrell Adkins of Canton, Ohio and Terry Adkins of Vandalia, Ohio; a sister, Debbie Tackett of Vandalia, Ohio; 3 granddaughters and 2 grandsons; his first wife, Pamela Lynn Adkins of Georgetown, Kentucky and a special friend, David Haag of Newport News, Virginia.

At his request there will be no services.
