Lois Konkle

Lois Konkle, age 74, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed from this life Monday, February 21, 2022.

Lois was born May 1, 1947 to Lemuel Coy and Georgia Amos Coy in Florence, Indiana.

She was of the Lutheran faith and enjoyed cooking, planting flowers, drinking coffee outside and watching squirrels. She enjoyed listening to country music and visiting with others. Lois cherished her family.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents, Lemuel and Georgia Coy, her husband, Damond Konkle and brother, Lewis Coy.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her sons, Billy Konkle of OH; Jordan (Angela) Konkle of OH; daughters, Joyce Konkle of OH; Joy (Frank) Simpson of Bowling Green, Ky; Jenny (Anthony) Konkle of Taylor Mill, Ky; Dana (Mark) Aube of Tuscon, AZ; Rena (Tony) Konkle of Richmond, Ky; Kelly (Tony) Zipp of Covington, Ky; Carrie Konkle of OH; Katie (Alfonso) Lopez of Somerset, Ky; along with 19 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 10 A.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 11 A.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mill Springs National Cemetery in Nancy, Ky. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Lois Konkle.
