Lisa Faye Daniels age 51, of Monticello, Kentucky passed from this life Thursday, June 26, 2020.

Lisa was born August 27, 1968 to the late Charlie Choate and Marie Gorman Choate in Monticello, Kentucky.

She was of the Southern Baptist faith and liked outdoor activities, visiting the beach, she enjoyed helping others, playing bingo and yard selling, but most of all she cherished her family.

Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Marie Choate and 1 grandson, Kayden Shawn Daniels.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 36 years, Charles Daniels Sr., sons, Charles Daniels Jr., Bryan Daniels, daughters, Susie Daniels, Jessica Daniels all of Monticello, brother, Steve Choate of Monticello, sisters, Carolyn Gunter of Lexington, Ky, Shirley Daniels of Monticello, Joyce Jones of Monticello,  Martha Huckaby of Monticello, Janice Dishman of Monticello, Cindy Choate of Monticello, 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 29, 2020 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Smedley officiating.

Burial will be in Elk Springs Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lisa Daniels Memorial Fund.
