John Zupancic

John Zupancic, age 91, of Eubank, Kentucky passed from this life Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

John was born January 1, 1930 to Frank Zupancic and Dorothy Gillespie Zupancic in Cleveland, Ohio.

He was a member of Duke Memorial Baptist Church and liked to build, work in his garden, he cherished his family and loved the Lord. He pastored several churches in his life time.

John was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Dorothy Zupancic; infant son, John A. Zupancic and brother, Louis Zupancic.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 73 years, Florence Zupancic; son, Stephen Zupancic (Linda) of Brodhead, Ky; daughters, Mary Dawson (Arthur) of Somerset, Ky; Cindy Neeley (David) of Eubank, Ky; grandchildren, Amanda Dawson, Michael Zupancic, Jessica Clark and 3 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 29, 2021 at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 3 P.M. with Bro. Kenneth Faught officiating. Burial will follow in First Baptist Bronston Cemetery.
