John Twyford

John Twyford, age 63, of Monticello, Kentucky, passed from this life on Monday, May 29, 2023.

John was born on August 28, 1959 to the late Arlen Twyford and Shirley Harris Twyford in Monticello, Kentucky.

He enjoyed being outdoors, traveling, fishing, collecting knives and coins, lived his life to the fullest and was a very hard worker. He loved his grandchildren more than anything.

John was preceded in death by his parents, Arlen and Shirley Twyford. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his partner in life for 38 years, Abbie Holder, daughters, Brittani Holder, Alesha (Jeremiah Mikel) Holder, grandchildren, Hayden Davis, Andrea Davis and Ashtyn Holder all of Monticello, Ky; along with a host of family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the John Twyford Memorial Fund.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for John Twyford.
