Jessica Denise Mink, age 40, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Thursday, April 26, 2023.

Jessica was born on March 17, 1983 to Dennis Shepherd and Joyce Sullivan Shepherd. In Somerset, Kentucky.

She was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed being a mother, vacations with her family, loved her pet furbabies and cherished her family.

Jessica was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Shepherd. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Norman Mink; her mother, Joyce Shepherd, daughter, Bailey (Shawn) Mink and Sarah Burton all of Somerset, Ky; stepson, Nathan Mink of Bradfordsville, Ky; sister, Heather (Alan) Nicklas of Somerset, Ky; honorary mother, Shirley Randall, honorary fathers, Dave and George Edelen, honorary sister, Shellie Spradlin; along with several loving uncles, aunts and cousins. She will be sadly missed.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 1 P.M. with Bro. Braxton King officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jessica Mink Memorial Fund.
