Harold Silvers

Harold Silvers age 80, Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life on Friday, January 26, 2024 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

Harold was born on June 18, 1943 to the late Warren Eugene Silvers and Mertie Keith Yeskie in Bronston, Kentucky.

He was of the Pentecostal faith. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and mowing grass. He loved his fur baby “Patches”, most of all he cherished his family.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Warren Eugene Silvers and Mertie Yeskie, brothers, Thomas and Roger Silvers and great-granddaughter, Paisley Godsey.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Judy Silvers, daughters, Robin (Donovan) Smith, Meliss (Greg) Dargavell, brother, Mark (Julie) Silvers, Denny (Patty) Silvers, grandchildren, Joshua York, Sydney (T.J.) Godsey, Bailey (Brandon) Jones, Spencer Silvers, Morgan (Emmanuel) Silvers Tisdale, Mackenzie (Zack) Blevins Morgan (Tyler) Allen, great-grandchildren, Reagan Kingston, Willow, Hadley Godby, Maddox Sawyer, Roberts, Channah and Legend Silvers, Wilde Tisdale, Oaklee and Cooper Jones, Amiyah Barber, Landree and Lindley Blevins and Rhett Allen.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 from 2-4pm in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 4pm with Bro. T.J. Godby officiating. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Harold Silvers.
