Doralda J. Gilbert age 51, of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life Monday, October 26, 2020 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

Doralda was born March 14, 1969 to the late William Jennings Long and Dorothy Jean Hush Long in Wise, Virginia.

She was of the Baptist faith and loved her family and friends.

Doralda was preceded in death by her parents, William and Dorothy Long, her 2 special dogs, Shadow and Leo.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Anthony Gilbert, her son, Chris Gilbert (Jessica) of Texas, future grandson, Joey, and her 3 special dogs, Smokey, Duck and Sam. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 29, 2020 from 2-3 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 3:00 P.M. with Rev. Tom Wicker officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Doralda J. Gilbert Memorial Fund C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
