Donna Mae Stevens

Donna Mae Stevens age 83, of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life Monday, August 30, 2021 at Ephraim McDowell Hospital in Danville, Kentucky. 

Donna was born July 12, 1938 to the late Leman Gilliland and Ella Mae Spears Gilliland in Irvington, New Jersey. 

She loved to pieces quilts, read her Bible and her little dog “Mia”. 

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Leman and Ella Gilliland; husband, James Edward Stevens who she married on July 5, 1955; son, James Lee Stevens; brothers, Estil Gilliland, Alvin Gilliland, Orvill Gilliland, Carl Gilliland.  

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, son, Michael Edward Stevens; daughters, Rhonda Stevens, Rozella (Kennith) Roberts; 2 grandchildren, Rodney Wayne Stevens and Jimmy Lee Stevens.  

Services were held Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Woodstock Cemetery.  

Pallbearers were Mike Stevens, John Saldaris, Kenny Roberts, Leslie Adams and Rodney Stevens.  

Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Donna Mae Stevens.
