David Ryan Oaks

Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date in Indiana.

David Ryan Oaks, age 43, of Burnside, Kentucky passed from this life on Sunday, April 28, 2024.

David was born on September 25, 1980 to David and Charlotte Wadkins Oaks in Warsaw, Indiana.

He enjoyed ginseng hunting, drawing, picking on people, playing with his children, and nieces and nephews, whittling wood, collecting knives and fishing poles.

David was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his sons, Cody Day of California, Waylon Oaks of Somerset, Ky; daughter, Arabella Oaks of Somerset, Ky; sisters, Cristy Haselby (Chad) of Mentone, IN and Joyce Prater (Jim) of Claypool, IN; along with a special room mate, Scott and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date in Indiana. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for David Ryan Oaks.
