Chris Hicks age 92, of Nancy, Kentucky passed from this life Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

Chris was born March 23, 1923 to the late Grover Hicks and Vergie Shepherd Hicks in Goodlow, Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlene Hicks, brothers, Johnny Hicks, Grady Hicks, Junior Hicks, Romine Hicks, Billy J. Hicks, sisters, Marie Hicks and Mabel Gass.

He is survived by his son, Chris Ed Hicks of Russell Springs, KY, sister, Sally Jo Hawkins of OH, Sue Nelson of OH, and Betty Nabel of NY.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 2, 2020 from 12-2 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home, with a funeral service to begin at 2:00 P.M. with burial to follow in the Southern Oaks Cemetery.

Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Chris Hicks.
