Annette was born May 27, 1959, in Somerset, KY to Floyd and Tina (Colyer) Phelps.

Annette was a professional shopper, who loved to shop and buy gifts for people.  She loved taking pictures of life and she enjoyed life. One of her favorite things to do was travel, especially to the beach.  She was also a hard worker and if she wasn’t 30 minutes early, she was late. She was the pastor of The Rock Worship Center since 2001.  She adored her church family and teaching others about God’s word.

She was preceded in death by her father Floyd Phelps; special aunt and uncle, Edith Mae Phelps, and Samuel Perkins Meece, who raised her as their own.

She leaves behind to treasure her memory, her loving spouse Anthony West of 25 years; mother Tina Jordan; son Walker Brooks Pollitt IV; granddaughter Brooke Pollitt; sister Mary Michelle Lane; brothers Wendell Phelps (Misty) of Somerset and Tommy Lane.

She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation service will be Friday, March 22, 2024, at 12pm in the Chapel at Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a Funeral service to follow at 2pm.

Burial will be at Beech Grove Cemetery, Pulaski Co, KY.

Officiant will be Bro. Bobby Bell.
