Cawny Esau, age 53, of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life on Monday, May 20, 2024 at her home.

Cawny was born on August 14, 1970 to Jerry Lynch Sr. and Viginia Thomas Lynch in Oakhurst, California.

She was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed making quilts, tending to flowers, crocheting and going to Pow Wows. She cherished her family and will be sadly missed.

Cawny was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Lynch. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of 13 years, Eugene Esau, her father, Jerry Lynch, her children: Savannah Buckley (Billy) of Cookeville, TN; Cory Boian of Somerset, Ky; Waylon Lynch (Lillyana Laughing Bear) of Washington; Kenneth Esau of California; grandchildren: Blake Buckley, Silas Buckley, Aria Buckley and her 2 brothers: Dennis Lynch and Jerry Lynch of Mariposa, California.

Graveside service will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 12pm at Southern Oaks Cemetery with Pastor Vestal Meece officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cawny Esau Memorial Fund C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
