Mary Alpha Phillips

Mary Alpha Phillips, age 89, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away October 10, 2023 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Montie Phillips, a son Mark Phillips, and a daughter, Karen Phillips Lamb.

She is survived by a son, David (Mary Lou) Phillips, daughter in law, Judy Phillips, brother, Lonnie (Norma) Girdler, sister Delpha Rogers (Dean York), grandchildren, David Wayne Phillips Jr., Jerrod New, Karenda Lamb, 4 great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 11am at West Cemetery on Clifty Road in Somerset with Rev. Jeff Phillips officiating. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Mary Alpha Phillips.
