David Miller Chadwell, Jr. age 58, of London, Kentucky, passed from this life on Wednesday, July 13, 2022.

He was born on June 11, 1964 in Monroe, Michigan, son of the late David M. Sr. and Ohler Depew Chadwell.

He was employed at Walmart Distribution Center and served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed going hiking and fishing. He liked working on cars, playing video games and traveling. He loved his fur baby “Blackie”, but most of all he loved and cherished his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his son, David Chadwell (Felisha) of Science Hill; his daughter, Heidi Perry (Jon) of Science Hill; mother of his beloved children, Sheila Chadwell; brothers, Leland Chadwell, Bobby Chadwell and Timmy Chadwell; sisters, Margaret Zielinski, Patricia Sullivan, Tina Otetro, Barb Gilland, Cheryl Zielinski and Brenda Zielinski; grandchildren, Armor Chadwell, Bailey Perry, and one on the way, Ark Chadwell

Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with funeral services to be held at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Bro. Steve Gates officiating. Burial will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery. Full Military Honors will be provided by the American Legion Post #38 Honor Guard.
