Mary Ethel Middleton, age 63, of Burnside, Kentucky passed from this life Friday, April 15, 2022 at her home.

Mary was born December 11, 1958 to John Henry Lyles and Della Irene Cline Lyles in Dayton, Ohio.

She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed crocheting, her pets, garden and watching cooking shows.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, John and Della Lyles, husband, Rickie Lee Middleton, brother, Ernest Cline, sisters, Brenda Bleakmore, Harley “B” Hargis and Frances Moller; granddaughter, Amber Middleton.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her sons, Rickie (April) Middleton of Somerset, Ky; Michael (Tracie) Lyles of Eubank, Ky; daughters, Melissa (Eugene) Higinbotham Lyles of Somerset, Ky; Frances (Dewayne) Elmore of Burnside; brother, John (Rebecca) Lyles of Burnside; grandchildren, Cody Elmore, Dakota Higinbotham, Dustin Higinbotham, Houston Hembree, Little Rick Middleton, Damien Lyles, Iclynn Lyles, Devin Lyles, Nathan Lyles, Brooklyn Middleton and Kayden Middleton; along with special friends, Dean Littrell, Sharon Singleton and Connie Arms.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 2 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Middleton Family Cemetery.
