Eunice Ann Ramsey

Eunice Ann Ramsey, age 85, of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at her home.

Eunice was born March 26, 1936 to Frank Boyer and Orpha Taylor Boyer in McCreary County, Kentucky.

She was a member of Pitman Creek Baptist Church and loved reading, watching TV and gardening.

Eunice was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Orpha Boyer, husband, Eugene Ramsey, brothers, Ansel Boyer, Frank Boyer Jr., Charles Boyer, William Boyer, Jack Boyer, Harold Boyer, sisters, Hazel Boyer, Mary Mounce and Ruth Boyer.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters, Norma (Dennis) Blevins of Somerset; Barbara Welch of Somerset; Regina (Barry) Bray of Somerset; Lois (Steven) Ware of Scottsburg, IN; Billie Jean (Johnny) Douglas of Shopville, Ky; brother, Darryl (Gloria) Boyer of El Paso, TX; 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; along with a host of friends, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to be held at 1 P.M. at the funeral home with Bro. David Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Southern Oaks Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Eunice Ramsey Funeral Fund.
