Kimberly J. Byrd, age 61, of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life Friday, January 28, 2022 at Tri-Star Centennial Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.

Kimberly was born August 14, 1960 in Columbus, Ohio.

She was of the Pentecostal faith and liked to attend her grandchildren’s sporting events, taking long drives and going shopping. She cherished her family.

Kimberly was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn Morgan and Imogene Bishop Morgan. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of 44 years, Walter Byrd; daughter, Amy Cathers of Somerset; grandchildren, Dylan Michael Cathers and Kylee Nichole Cathers.

Graveside service will be held on Monday, January 31, 2022 at 12 P.M. at the Southern Oaks Cemetery with Bro. Coy Grubb officiating. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Kimberly J. Byrd.
