Rose Jackson, age 89, of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life Friday, December 10, 2021 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
Rose was born January 14, 1932 to Ottis Hardwick and Nannie Muse Hardwick in Trimble, Kentucky.
She was a member of Campground Baptist Church and she liked to garden, sew, spending time with her neighbors and she cherished her family.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Ottis and Nannie Hardwick; her husband, Gordon Jackson and grandson, Glenn Saylor Jr.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters, Debbie Singleton (Barney) of Somerset; Jody Saylor (Glenn) of Newport Richie, FL; grandchildren, Rebecca Ford (Matt), Jason Singleton (Kaitlin), Teresa Rodriguez (Steve), Andy Saylor; great-grandchildren, Rylee and Skyler Rodriguez; Bryan, Winston and Alex Ford.
Graveside service will be held Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 12:30 P.M. at Mill Springs National Cemetery in Nancy, Kentucky with Bro. Glenn Singleton officiating.
In accordance with Rose’s wishes there will no services.
