Jimmy D. Stephens, age 72, of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

Jimmy was born March 29, 1949 to John Stephens and Laura Bennet Howard in Lexington, Kentucky.

He enjoyed motorcycle riding with his friends, he loved his pet dogs and loved to travel. He cherished his family.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, John and Laura Stephens. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 46 years, Dixie Stephens; son, Jance Stephens of Somerset; brother, Roger Stephens (Karen) of Dayton, OH; sisters, Vickie Roberts (George) of New Carlisle, OH and Bobbie Smith of New Carlisle, OH.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Redeemer Lutheran Church located at 3950 South Highway 27 Somerset, Ky 42501.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church or American Cancer Society.
