Deborah Wallace, age 64, of Burnside, Kentucky, went to her heavenly mansion on Friday, October 8, 2021 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
She was born on July 26, 1957 in Marion, Indiana, daughter of the late Charles and Bertha Hill Phillips. She was a retired Patient Aide from Oakwood. She loved going to church, she loved her Lord, taking care of others, crocheting, and making baby blankets. She was a good cook, loved children, and cherished time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother; Danny Johnson, and a grandson; Lincoln Wallace.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Thurman Wallace, two sons; Steve (Nicole) Burton of Somerset, and Jacob (Brianna) Wallace of Somerset, a daughter; Ashley Hughes, one brother; Jeff (Angie) Phillips of Monticello, two sisters; Sandy Mink of Somerset and Jennifer Barshears of Somerset, her grandchildren; Riley Stull, Taylee Burton, Koi burton, Rayan Burton, MaKiley Cook, Adlee Mae Wallace, Brooke Hughes, Raiden Hughes, and AnaBelle Hughes.
Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Rob Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Sloans Valley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to her Memorial Fund, C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
