Phyllis Neeley

Phyllis Neeley age 61, of Monticello, Kentucky passed from this life Monday, May 17, 2021 at Wayne County Hospital.

Phyllis was born July 6, 1959 to the late Starlynn Casada and Dessie Morrow Casada in Monticello, Kentucky.

She loved to socialize, read and watch TV, but most of all cherished her family.

Along with her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her daughter, Shasta Neeley; brothers, Hershtel Casada, Grover Casada and Elmer Casada; sisters, Eda Mae Rutherford and Ruby Gibson.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of 47 years, Dallas Neeley; daughters, Rebecca Neeley (Josh) of Bronston; Makisha Neeley of Monticello; brothers, Mark Casada, James Casada, Dallas Casada, Robert Casada and Chester Casada; sister, Lucinda Rose; grandchildren, Hayley Kriege, Skylar Bishop and a host of nieces, nephews and family.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 4:00 P.M. with Bro. Lowell Gossett officiating.

Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Phyllis Neeley.
