Montie Vanhoosier

A Private Graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 25, 2020

Montie Vanhoosier age 92, of Nancy, Kentucky passed from this life Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Somerwoods Nursing and Rehab.

Montie was born September 11, 1928 to the late Gilmore Floyd and Rada Roberts Floyd in Somerset, Kentucky.

She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed working word searches and loved to work.

Montie was preceded in death by her parents, Gilmore and Rada Floyd, her husband, Clinton Vanhoosier and son, Larry Vanhoosier.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son, Jerry Vanhoosier (Vickie) of Nancy, grandchildren, David Vanhoosier (Stacy) and great-grandchild, Mack King.

A Private Graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Mill Springs National Cemetery with Bro. Larry Butte officiating.

Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Montie Vanhoosier.
