Melvin Allen Godsey age 54 of Stearns, Kentucky, passed from this life on Saturday, October 13, 2018.

He was born on November 27, 1963 in Marshes Siding, Kentucky, son of the late Melvin and Carolyn Ross Godsey.

He was a member of Hill Top Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing and woodworking.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his cousins, Sheila Terry of Whitley City, Gene (and Veronica) Ross of Richmond, Ken (and Betty) Ross of Chicago and Kathy (and Silas) Owens of Whitley City.

In keeping with his wishes he was cremated.

A Memorial Service will be held by the family at a later date.
