She loved to work in the restaurants
with her father.
She also managed a restaurant and then
went on to become a homemaker and raised her children.
Over the years, Jimmie was known as a
loving, caring person, who would give you the shirt off her back
and the last nickel in her pocket.
She was a strong, courageous woman who
never gave up and always put others before herself.
One of Jimmie’s best qualities included
being a humorous “cut-up”.
She loved to make people smile.
Most importantly, she was the most
self-less mother and mamaw that her children and grandchildren
could have ever asked for.
This was her greatest accomplishment.
The family wishes to extend
their gratitude to Hospice of Lake Cumberland for their support
in her final days.
